Art Ferrara

Art started his real estate career in 1987. In 1989 he accepted the Vice-President's position followed by the President's position in 2009 with Landmark,REALTORS, a firm that has grown to become one of the top firms in Western Massachusetts. Art is a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley, as well as the Board of Directors of the Hampden/Wilbraham Chamber of Commerce. Most importantly though, he is a husband and father of three great kids, Nick, Zack and Isabella.

Ryan Askew

Ryan is a former e-PRO certified REALTOR® licensed real estate agent. He has more than 10 years experience in sales and has a background in multimedia design. Ryan holds a degree of Associate in Science in Multimedia Technology from Springfield Technical Community College. Ryan is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts where he still works and lives with his wife, Alison and their daughter Gabrielle.
